This EP from Kelly Moran might be the jewel in the crown of Warp Records’ WXAXRXP birthday series. When the label took over NTS Radio for 100 hours of WXAXRXP broadcasts, Moran’s bespoke session was kept back. This means that, of the 10 EPs being issued to mark WXAXRXP, these tracks are the only ones that have been previously unheard. These are impressive and stirring reinterpretations from Moran - working largely with solo and prepared piano to create avant-garde classical versions of her previous works.
